The plague (in French, La Peste) is a novel by albert Camus, published in 1947, that tells the story of the plague that engulfed the French Algerian city of Oran. It asks a number of questions about the nature of a person's fate and condition.

Characters in the book, from doctors to holidaymakers and fugitives, help show the impact of the plague on the population. This is very consistent with the current state of Affairs and will certainly give everyone a good perspective.
